Tutorial: NVM target ROM

1. Press and hold OK-Button on steering controls
2. Turn on ignition
3. Release OK-Button when Convers+ goes to testmenu
4. Naviagte to "NVM target ROM" with the Arrow-Buttons

Repeat if does not work on first attempt.
