Full Service:
We do it all: From downloading the required files up to the final result - you get the full service!
Partial Service:
You download and install the USB sticks (see "Important Information" tab). Our partner installs the part in UCDS, corrects the configuration as required and enables the DAB logos (if applicable)
Update only:
In case your Sync 3 is already running version 3.2 or 3.3, you can simply update it by USB without further steps. If you want to get it the easy way, we can do that for you. in this case we also enable DAB Logos (if applicable).
The upgrade is on your own risk, unless you book our full service. We do not offer any kind of warranty or responsibility, if you use the files on your own.

Download the UCDS update file or make an appointment with our local partners
Unpack the USB stick file to a USB stick (exFAT formatted, 32GB or more)
Start your engine
Plugin USB stick and wait for the installation to complete (Green screen, takes aboout 45 minutes)
Unplug USB, DO NOT PLUG IT IN AGAIN!
Use UCDS update wizard to update the APIM with the downlaoded UCDS update file. Chose: Mondeo (from 2015) if you got an S-Max, Galaxy, Edge or Mondeo, else select Focus (from 2015)
Adjust direct config of the APIM to your needs
