Extra security for your vehicle!
Just popping into the petrol station and leaving the engine running? No problem: with the gearbox lock the automatic/PowerShift selector is locked in position "P" when you leave the vehicle with the key while the engine is running.
How it works: when you leave the vehicle through the driver's door with the key and close the door, the selector is locked in "P" – even with the engine running – until the system detects a valid key again.
