Shipping costs

This page explains how shipping costs are determined in this shop and what is configured for them. You see the amount for your order in the cart as soon as you enter the delivery address.

How it is calculated

• •Shipping costs only apply to goods that are shipped. Services, downloads, fitting or installation at a location and the home service are not shipped.
• •Every seller ships their own goods. If your order contains goods from several sellers, each seller has their own shipping amount.
• •The delivery country decides. If there is no entry of its own, the EU entry applies, and after that the general entry.
• •The calculation uses shipping units, not the value of the goods: bulky articles count several times, small ones ride along in the same parcel.
• •Where a maximum is configured, shipping at that seller never costs more — no matter how many units add up.
• •Where a free-shipping threshold is configured, shipping is dropped from that goods value on. What counts is the gross goods value at that one seller, before shipping and before any discount.
• •Individual articles are excluded from shipping to certain countries. The cart tells you before you order.

What is configured

The rates for the shipped goods you can order on this site. All amounts include VAT. Where several sellers apply different rates, the range is shown — which one applies is decided by the seller of the item in question.

Put the goods in the cart and enter the delivery address. The cart shows you the shipping cost per seller and the total before you send the order.
