Perfect for camping: deactivate daytime running lights and more. Modern vehicles come with permanently active daytime running lights – great for road safety, but often annoying at campsites, meetups or remote spots where you want your vehicle completely dark. With this coding you gain control: depending on your software version, you can turn the DRLs on or off using the light switch, a menu in the onboard computer or via the navigation screen (e.g. Sync 3). We also unlock : • No indicator flash when locking/unlocking • No welcome lighting when opening the doors • No automatic interior lighting when locking/unlocking All settings are controllable via the Sync system or the vehicle's menu – perfect for peaceful nights while camping or parking off-grid. The DRL switch-off must not be used on public roads. A Sync 3 update may be required (subject to surcharge).
